We ordered this item and were very pleased with the product but most of all we were extremely satisfied with the service that was provided to us by Darren. We were having difficulty with the funeral director at an already extremely difficult time (I lost my dad to COVID-19) and Darren went out of his way to assist us and provide replacement parts (original parts were misplaced by others). When the funeral director claimed that the replacements had not arrived, Darren, again, sent out replacements promptly directly to us via courier to ensure there was tracking info. Darren did not once ask us to pay for any of the replacements but we made a small payment as this was only fair. Darren came back to us to say that although he was very appreciative, but that he would put our money towards a charity they supported instead.
Darren was a quick communicator, very understanding and extremely helpful.
