Returns & Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your urn, we are more than happy to offer a full refund, provided the product is returned to us in its original condition. We want you to feel confident in your choice, and we completely understand that sometimes, things don’t feel quite right.

30 day Returns and Refunds

Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item of your decision to return it and we will be more than happy to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare instance that your urn arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will replace it immediately and ensure you receive a perfect piece without any hassle.

Engraved & Custom Orders

Because engraved or custom-made urns are uniquely created for each family, we are unable to offer a full refund on these items. However, we are committed to working closely with you to make sure your urn is exactly as you envisioned. If there’s anything we can do to adjust or improve it, please let us know—we will do everything we can to help.
