Please know we do all we can to ensure you receive your item as soon as possible.
We are happy to offer you free UK delivery on all of our products.
Items that are paid for with next-day delivery* will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 11.30am or the next day if ordered after this time.
We use DPD for most deliveries. We will occasionally use Parcel Force or DHL if there are temporary issues. Please add a note inside the order form if you have a desired delivery provider and we will do all we can.
Most standard delivery items are dispatched within 2 days and will be received 2 days after dispatch. You will receive your urn order within 5 working days via DPD.
Where next day delivery is an option, this usually means the product is in stock. If it isnt, we will contact you ASAP to inform of any delays. Please add a note into the order form if you need an urn by a specific date and we will do everything we can.
Some orders are non-stock, in this case, please expect a delay of around 7 days to dispatch.
These orders will be sent via DPD next day free of charge and dispatched ASAP so you will receive your order within 7-10 days.

If you have ordered engraving or customisation onto a stock urn, then please allow up to 10 days for us to deliver this.
Please note, we will ALWAYS obtain a proof of engraving an permission form you before we engrave anything.
All made-to-order products, will obviously take longer but once completed they will be sent via DPD next day free of charge. Time frames for each product can be found on the product page. Please contatc us with any questions.

*If you order after 11.30am on a Thursday and select ‘next day delivery’, your item will be delivered Monday. If you order after 11.30am on a Friday and select ‘next day’ your item will be dispatched Monday and delivered Tuesday.

As a brief answer, international delivery should take around 7 working days, if its a stock item.
For some items, notably our heavy stone garden urns, we cannot offer delivery outside of the UK.
