Currently, we hold this urn in stock. If you don’t want your urn to be personalised with an engraving, the urn can be shipped out between 1 or 2 business days. In case you do want to personalise your urn, the time between ordering and dispatching can be up to a week. This depends on how quickly we will come to a final design with you, the customer, and the availability of the engraver we work with.

- North America: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 3 - 10 business days

Returns
We offer a 30-day option to return all items we send out. We will refund the order, minus delivery, unless replacing an item. In which case, we will front the charges.
Unfortunately, if a piece is engraved or personalised in any way, we are unable to refund you. We will do all we can to help.
