Description

This premium range of hand-thrown urns is made exclusively for ‘urns for ashes’ in-house by UK artists. Using only the highest grade ingredients we fire them at over 1250c which means they are suitable for storing outdoors. Measuring 30H x 22W they hold 3.3L which means they are suitable for the full amount of human ashes. After using 3.5kg of clay, the pieces are hand molded ad fired to give a finished weight of approximately 1.5kg – a truly beautiful piece. A premium cream glaze is applied before being sprayed with a top coat of our unique glaze which contains real copper for green or cobalt for blue. The pieces are then fired again to 1250c before being left to cool, which is when the natural crystals start to grow. As the crystals grow, unique shapes are formed, making every piece 100% unique. The urn has a brass seal at the base to ensure a secure, weathertight fit. We are pleased to offer free UK delivery and our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
