Our solid oak caskets are handmade by local craftsmen in the UK to an exceptional quality. They are thick oak finished and have an elegant coating ensuring a life long memory is preserved. The oak we use is sustainably sourced to minimise the impact on the environment and the caskets are suitable for both burial or storage within the home. The casket comes in 2 sizes; Standard (suitable for up to 17 stone) and Double (suitable for 37 stone) please see our size chart for more detailed size information and dimensions. The oak caskets are secured via discreet screws at the base of the urn to maximise security and can be purchased with or without a personalised memorial plaque, which does include extra charges. The solid brass plaques are hard-wearing. Font options can be seen below or in the accompanying images. Please note our oak caskets are handmade and if you require an engraved plate, this may take approx 7 days to dispatch. We are happy to offer free Uk delivery and returns on all of our products.
